Vision

To build a just, self-reliant, and uplifting society where every individual has equal opportunities, access to resources, and the support needed to achieve personal growth, economic stability, and collective well-being.

Mission

Identify and mobilize local resources for the socio-economic development of the community and empower those in need by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and coordination support.

Goal

Empower disadvantaged and vulnerable communities, women, and children through awareness, skill and capacity development, advocacy for positive change, and promotion of robust systems to establish a just, self-reliant, and uplifting society.

Objective

This organization shall always perform the people’s interest-oriented activities being the profit-less organization.

  1. Food security, nutrition, water sanitation and hygiene (WASH), child protection, safe migration, human anti-trafficking, control of drug abuse, agro-forestry, natural resource management, health and education through awareness-raising, advocacy, campaigns, capacity building, and infrastructure development.
  2. To increase the income of individuals for sustainable livelihoods by enhancing vocational skills, promoting entrepreneurship and enterprises, and improving access to finance for both agricultural and non-agricultural income generating activities.
  3. To strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities and infrastructure through disaster preparedness, response, rehabilitation, humanitarian aid, and implementation of climate change adaptation measures.
  4. To raise awareness among rural communities about the need of social development and impact of climate change including sustainable development practices through dissemination of research findings, advocacy campaigns and building capacity.
  5. To facilitate for the improvement of policies and programs at the local, provincial and national levels to address ecological imbalances, social/child protection, GESI and promote sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable and marginalized communities.
  6. To establish network with and support local institutions including government and non-government organization to enhance their capacity in managing local resources and preparedness against disasters.
